How do I book an appointment?
Use the online appointment form, call the appointment line or visit reception. Online requests are confirmed by our team by phone or message.
Is my online request a confirmed appointment?
No. An online request is reviewed by the appointment desk, who will contact you to confirm or suggest another time.
How can I change or cancel my appointment?
Use the Manage appointment page with your reference number and phone, or call the appointment line.
Can I choose a specific doctor?
Yes. Choose the doctor in the booking form or from their profile. You can also choose any available doctor for the earliest time.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your identity card, previous reports and test results, and a list of the medicines you take.
Is the emergency department open all the time?
Yes. The emergency department is open 24 hours a day, every day.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
Call the emergency number immediately or come straight to the emergency department. Do not use an online form for a life-threatening emergency.
How do I call an ambulance?
Call the emergency number. The online ambulance request form is an extra option and never replaces a phone call.
Do I need an appointment for the emergency department?
No. Emergency patients are seen without an appointment, in order of medical urgency.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Only for some tests. The test catalogue lists the preparation for each test, and staff will tell you when you book.
Is the pharmacy open at night?
Yes. The hospital pharmacy is open 24 hours a day.
How can I give feedback or make a complaint?
Use the contact form and choose feedback or complaint, or fill in a complaint and suggestion form at reception and drop it in the box near the main reception; you can do this anonymously. We respond to each complaint.
